Our youth represent a significant segment of the population, and investing in their education, training, and development can have a positive impact on the economy and providing them with opportunities through the Next Steps Program, The Hope Academy, and Your Service Solutions, to learn and increase their chances of obtaining well-paying jobs, starting businesses, and contributing to the local economy.
Our programs were created to support and foster an ecosystem of personal/professional growth for the young adults that we serve alongside economic growth within our own communities.
Providing opportunities for young adults can help address systemic inequality and promote social justice and by empowering them to succeed, we can help break the cycle of poverty, crime, and other negative outcomes that can disproportionately affect minority communities.
